Sclerotherapy using the CLaCS method

Bothered by unwanted spider veins that keep you up at night? We have the solution!

The revolutionary CLaCS method (CryoLaser – CryoSclerotherapy) combines sclerotherapy and transdermal laser treatment with augmented reality vein mapping. By merging cutting-edge laser technology, sclerotherapy, and AR visualization, CLaCS represents a breakthrough in the treatment of spider veins.

These small, visible blood vessels on the skin’s surface aren’t just a cosmetic issue—they can also signal underlying health problems. Thanks to laser vein closure therapy, these vessels can be safely removed, restoring balance and a healthy appearance to your skin.

Spider veins treatment on the legs using the CLaCS method – how does it work?

The legs are often the place where spider veins appear the most, which can be bothersome for many people, especially in the summer when we want to wear shorter skirts or shorts. Spider veins treatment on the legs with a laser is not only one of the most effective solutions, but also considered comfortable and safe. Thanks to precise pulses of laser light, it is possible to target spider veins, which leads to their closure without damaging the surrounding skin.

Augmented Reality Scanner

The device allows the phlebologist to see invisible veins in real time . Such visualization is essential for the effective removal of any vein that may be causing spider veins.

How is spider veins removal performed using the CLaCS method ?

01

Under the control of virtual reality and the use of cooling, a transdermal laser is used to remove reticular veins that supply spider veins.

02

The second step is to remove the spider veins using a percutaneous laser.

03

The third step involves injecting a special solution into the vessels that have already been treated with the laser.

Performing the procedure in this order reduces the risk of unwanted complications and increases the effectiveness of spider vein removal.

Vena Clinic is the first certified center in Poland performing CLaCS treatments

(certificate awarded by IMAP Academy and the creator of the CLaCS method - Dr. Kasuo Miyake)

Dr. Piotr Marciniuk participated in the prestigious CLaCS VIP Training. The training took place in the clinic of Dr. Petar Dragic (Serbia), one of the leading phlebologists in the world. It was led by the originator and creator of the CLaCS method, the world-famous aesthetic phlebologist - Dr. Kasuo Miyake (Brazil).

This is how Dr. Piotr Marciniuk describes his impressions of the course:

'I was able to learn all the nuances of the method and improve our CLaCS treatments by gaining knowledge from the creator of the method - Dr. Kasuo Miyake. This was a very important meeting for me. Thanks to this, I can provide my patients with the highest quality of treatment.'

CLaCS sclerotherapy uses percutaneous laser energy, sclerotherapy with a special drug, infrared scanners and cryotherapy. Thanks to this, it is currently the most effective and safest method of treating vascular aesthetic changes such as spider veins and reticular veins.

Vena Clinic is one of the few centers in Poland performing treatments using this method, and now also the first center in Poland with the IMAP Academy certificate.
